Board Of Directors
Board members are elected as families/households with one vote per family/household and represented by one member of the family/household. Their Term of office is for two (2) years split into a 2/3 ratio. Two Board Members are elected every other year and three Board Members in the intervening year. There is no limit on the terms of office or the consecutive terms of office (or portions thereof) that a member may serve.
